Google page creator does not support any server side scripting, so to add a contact form to your website, we recommend using Jot Form.

Step 1) Sign up for a jot form account at www.jotform.com

Step 2) Set up your form

Step 3) Click "Source"

Step 4) Copy the source code that Jot Form gives you

Step 5) Open the page that you wish the form to appear in

Step 6) Click "edit html" at the bottom, right hand side of the editor window

Step 7) Past the previously copied code into the html editor.

Step 8) Click "Update"

Step 9) Publish your page

Your Done. A contact form should now appear on that page.
